Human Rights Watch haben ihren Jahresbericht 2021 veröffentlicht, der sich ein seinem Kolumbien-Kapitel Themen widmet wie den FARC-„Dissidenten“, Paramilitärische und Nachfolgegruppen, Vorgehen der staatlichen Sicherheitskräfte und viele weitere.
Sie schreiben beispielsweise:

(…). Threats and attacks against Indigenous, Afro-Colombian, and other community activists continue. As of October, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) had documented killings of 49 human rights defenders in 2020 and was verifying another 50 cases.
